About:
Mount Baker offers skiing, instruction, retail shop and rentals. White Salmon lodge which offers premium equipment is opened 7 days a week. Heather Meadow Base area opens up on weekends. A limited ski pass is available for the beginner chair.

Pros:
Competitive prices and knowledgable, friendly staff.
Cons:
True Beginner area only open on weekends and holidays.

First time back to Mount Baker in a long time and I was impressed by the facilities. Enrolled our 5 year old into the Kids lesson and the instruction was fantastic both days. Thursday morning turned into a private lesson as there wasn't any other children. Friday couldn't get into the morning lesson as it was full but did get into the afternoon. Both instructors were very friendly and knowledgable and connected with the kids. My child was on the chair lift and skiing down a green run by the end of the lesson. Didn't like that the lift didn't have a bar across. Staff throughout the facility were very friendly. The weekdays lodge does cater to a more intermediate skier with the Heather Meadows base area offering a beginner area with limited pass of $23 at the time of this review.
